IAU Symposium proceedings will be published by Cambridge University Press. See here for the IAU proceedings homepage. Proceedings editors will be Kosovichev, Strassmeier & Jardine. Specific IAU S354 info will follow.
We will be using an online submission system to collect all submissions to the Proceedings volume. You should register to use this online submission system at https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iau . All contributions must be submitted via this online site, and authors should take care to submit their contribution to the correct Symposium “S354” – this will have to be selected by the author from a dropdown menu on submission. Please see the IAU Rules, Guidelines and Instructions for Proceedings at this webpage: https://www.iau.org/publications/proceedings_rules/.
A LaTeX template is available: https://www.iau.org/static/scientific_meetings/authors/. Deadline for the paper submission will be November 1st. The following page limits apply: • plenary talks and invited talks – 12-20 pages • contributed talks – 6-8 pages • contributed poster talks – 4 pages.
Poster papers will appear in the regular proceedings.
In addition, the poster files can be included in the electronic supplement. Here is an example of an electronic poster: https://static.cambridge.org/content/id/urn:cambridge.org:id:article:S1743921318003009/resource/name/S1743921318003009sup001.pdf. This poster file is linked to from the main page in the book, for example:

Please include the questions and the answers in your proceedings contribution using the discussion environment incorporated in the LaTeX template. All authors are also requested to complete the online IAU Copyright Form found on this webpage: https://www.iau.org/science/publications/copyrightform/
